JYYJ Associates is a design studio creating flagships, travel-retail boutiques and homes, from Marina Bay Sands and Changi Airport to houses across Singapore.

Brand environments
Flagships, airport and mall boutiques, and the rollout that follows. We design the first store and a kit of parts that carries the brand to every site after it. Three boutiques in 12 months: Changi T1, T3 and Takashimaya.

Residences shaped around how a family actually lives, with the same care for craft and material.
